Description of Controls for Unit:

Familiarize yourself with the Air Manifold controls, which consist of the following
regulators and gauges:

PUMP PRESSURE gauge and regulator. This controls the main air pressure to
the resin pump Air Motor.

FLUSH PRESSRE gauge and regulator. This controls the air pressure to the
flush tank. This is normally set to 50 – 60psi (3.5 - 4 bar).

PRIMING BUTTON push button control. This control allows the pump to operate
with out opening the gun. The Priming Button sends an air signal to the pump
control valve which allows control air to the powerhead.

MAIN AIR INLET VALVE – This is the main air inlet ball valve. This ball valve is
used to turn off air supply to the unit. It also releases the air pressure in the unit.

Note: Open the Main Air Ball Valve in one full stroke open or closed if partially
opened air will leak from the exhaust port on the valve.

Similarly familiarize yourself with the other system controls, which consist of the
following:

CATALYST PERCENTAGE ADJUSTMENT – This is the catalyst pump drive
mechanism (UPS). This is used to set the desired catalyst percentage (catalyst
to resin ratio).

CATALYST PRESSURE DUMP VALVE – This valve is located on the catalyst
manifold. Use this valve to release catalyst pressure or prevent an
overpressure situation.

AUTO LEVEL ON/OFF toggle switch – This switch turns the Auto-Level Control
Box On or Off. The Auto-Level controls the pump and gun (On/Off) depending
on the level of resin in relationship to the Auto-Level Sensor tube.

MANUAL ON/OFF SWITCH – This turns the pump and gun On or Off when the
Auto-Level is not active.
