Installation and Setup:
1.
Unpack unit & components – report any damaged or missing items
2.
Mount the Gun Assembly as required
3.
Install Catalyst Jug into the Catalyst jug bracket
4.
Connect the Relief Valve tube on the Catalyst Manifold to a port in the top of the
Catalyst Jug.
5.
Connect the tube from the Catalyst Recirculation valve on the Catalyst Manifold to
a port in the top of the Catalyst Jug.
6.
Connect the Feed tube from the Catalyst jug outlet to the Catalyst pump Inlet.
7.
Connect the Catalyst Hose from the Catalyst pump to the Catalyst Manifold.
8.
Connect the Air Hose to Powerhead & Air Supply to the Shift Block.
9.
Install the Flush Tank into the bracket and connect air supply from the Regulator
on the Air Manifold to the AIR port on the Flush Tank.
10. Attach Gun and hose set to their respective connections, Resin Hose to Pump
Outlet, Catalyst Hose to Catalyst Manifold, Flush Tube to SOLVENT on the Flush
Tank and Gun Control lines.
11. Double check all hose fittings and connections are tight.
Note: it is important to be sure all fittings and connections are tight to prevent
catalyst, resin or solvent from leaking.
