Test the Unit Operation:
1.
Connect the Air supply to the unit. Be sure all regulators are at zero (counter
clockwise).
2.
Fill the Oil reservoir / Packing Nut on the Fluid sections 3/4 full of Throat Seal Oil
(TSL-3200) or suitable oil. Snug the Packing nut tight but do not over tighten.
3.
Open the Main Air valve and check for air leaks.
4.
Turn the Auto-Level to the Off (Unit is in manual mode).
5.
Turn the Manual On/Off to the On position – then slowly turn up the Pump
Pressure until the pump moves slowly and evenly.
6.
Turn the Manual On/Off to the Off position.
7.
Using the T bit tool (58199-1) snug the packing nuts on the gun block tighter.
Repeat procedures 6 - 7 above several times.
8.
With the Manual On/Off in the Off position turn the Auto-Level to the On position –
the pump should being to cycle again.
9.
Using your finger plug the Auto-Level sensor tube (bubbler tube) and the pump
should stop.
Note: It will be easier to adjust and properly setup the Auto-Level before the unit
is Primed with Resin and Catalyst - See Chapter 8 for proper Auto-Level
adjustment or reference the “Auto-Level Manual”.
10. Turn the Auto-Level to the Off position.
11. Turn the Pump regulator back to zero (all the way counter clockwise)
Once the unit is tested it is ready to Prime with Resin and Catalyst.
