4.6 Electrical connection

Connections must be made by a qualified technician.

The installation must be fitted with a main switch.

Earth the appliance before making any electrical
connections.

Make the electrical connections of the appliance according to:
- the instructions of the prevailing standards,
- the instructions on the circuit diagrams provided with the

appliance,

- the recommendations in the instructions.

Earthing shall comply with standard NFC 15100 (France) or RGBT
(Belgium).
Power the appliance via a circuit which includes a remote omnipolar
switch with a gap of more than 3 mm.
- Single phase models: 230 V (+6% / -10%) 50 Hz
- Three phase models: 400 V (+6% / -10%) 50 Hz

Three phase models must always be fitted with neutral.

4.6.1

Recommended cable cross section

The electrical characteristics of the mains power supply available
must correspond to the values given on the rating plate.

The cable will be carefully chosen according to the following
information:
- Maximum amperage on the thermodynamic unit. See table below.
- Distance of the appliance from the original power supply.
- Upstream protection.
- Neutral operating conditions.
