Piping
All piping material must be compatible with the liq-
uid being pumped. If hose is used in suction lines,
it must be the rigid-wall, reinforced type to prevent
collapse under suction.
Run the 4-inch suction piping from the tank sump
to the pump inlet. The suction lines should be as
short and straight as possible to minimize friction
loss.
NOTE
This pump is fitted with straight-in Victaulic" type
