1 JP3 ME Mode Select Open (Normal).
2 JPRST1 BMC/PHY Reset
Enable/Disable Allows you to reset the Baseboard
Management Controller (BMC) chip
and the PHY chip.
Open (Normal)

Reset Watch Dog Pins 1-2 (Reset).
