Please make sure the USB 2.0 to DVI-I Adapter is unplugged to your PC or notebook before executing
the device driver un-installation program.
Step 1
Start menu:
Please click “Start” →
“Control Panel” →
“Program and Features”
Classic Start menu:
Please click “Start” → “Settings”
→ “Control Panel” → “Program and Features”
Select “USB 2.0 External Graphics Card with DVI Interface (Multiple)” item. Click “Uninstall” button.
Step 2
Unplug the USB 2.0 to DVI-I Adapter and click “OK” to
continue.
