Use tape measure to adjust cross bars spacing to fit
the cargo basket.
Minimum bar spacing = 25-1/8” (638mm)
Maximum bar spacing = 32-3/10” (775mm)
POSITION THE CROSS BARS
• If cross bars are adjustable, set to widest
position of 32-3/10” (820.4mm) center to center
of cross bar.
• This product fits the following cross bar
spacing's:
- 25-1/8” (638mm) Minimum
- 28-3/4” (730mm)
- 32-3/10” (820mm) Maximum
• It is recommended to use the widest setting
for optimum load distribution.
• Leave cross bars loose at this step.

• Insert spacer blocks into the cargo basket in one of the positions called out in step 4.
• Locate the spacer blocks in the widest position possible (will vary from vehicle to vehicle).
