POST INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Check all fasteners for proper torque. Check to ensure for adequate clearance between all rotating, mobile, fixed-

members. Verify clearance between brake lines. Check steering gear for clearance. Test and inspect brake system.

2. On some vehicles the front lower skirting will need to be trimmed if using certain wheel /tire combinations and with

heavy offset wheels. Trim only as needed.

3. Have a qualified alignment center align the vehicle immediately. Realign to factory specifications. Have headlights

adjusted to proper settings.

18. Install sway bar link using factory hardware. Tighten using 15mm wrench. See Photo 15
19. Install factory shock using factory hardware and tighten. See Photo 16

20. Slide brake rotor onto hub assembly.
21. Install brake caliper onto knuckle and tighten using 18mm socket, to factory specs See Photo 17.
22. Install brake line on knuckle and tighten using 10mm wrench. See Photo 18.
23. Attach brake line to upper control arm using factory hardware and tighten using 10 mm wrench. See Photo 18.

24. Route ABS wire back through factory clips and plug in. See Photo 19.
25. Install tie rod end in knuckle and tighten using 18mm wrench to factory specs. See Photo 20,

26. Repeat process for opposite side.
27. Install tires and wheels and lower vehicle to the ground.
