The Model 2792 PRO is a versatile Video/Audio and Data
Fiber Optic Transport solution operating in either multi-
mode or single-mode fiber, increasing the system’s flexi-
bility.
The module incoporates high quality 12 bit digitized
Analog Video allowing Broadcast Quality Video transport
at contribution prices. Includes 2 channels of 24 bit digi-
tized Audio for excellent quality.
This versatile product can be ordered as a transceiver to
support Bidirectional Data on dual or single fiber applica-
tions. Product is offered in stand-alone or rack mount in
our 3000 platform.
The 2792 PRO is part of the 3000 family of products that
can fit into our 3000 rack for mix and match technology
and full redundant power.
The Model 2792 PRO Video/Stereo Audio & Data Fiber Optic Link provides a high-quality system
for transporting baseband video signals, stereo audio signals and bidirectional data with complete
EMI immunity via multimode or single-mode optical fiber. The combination of RS-250C video,
stereo quality audio and data for pan, tilt & zoom or pure data transport for communications make
these links ideal for broadcast/contribution/distribution quality V/A transport, teleconferencing, dis-
tance learning, and security/surveillance applications. Each unit is built in a rugged enclosure that
offers excellent EMI and RFI shielding. Several rack-mounting options are also available.
