This screen appears after pressing the “ Program New Job ” key. The number “1”
signifies the first crease you are going to program. Press the key to enter the
distance from the lead edge of the piece of paper to be creased to the position of the
0.00
first crease. Touch the numbers that represent this distance. Use the Decimal (.) key
to enter fractions of an inch/centimetre i.e. 5.5 Press the Back Space (BS) key to erase
the last number entered if incorrect. Press the Clear (CLR) key to erase all numbers
entered. Press the Escape (ESC) key to return to the previous screen without saving
any information displayed. Press the Enter( ) key to accept the numbers entered
and move to the next screen. Press the UP key once and the key will change to
DOWN. Whichever key is displayed will determine the direction of the crease. Using
the method above, program all the creases required. Remember that the ‘bump” created
by the crease goes on the inside of the fold. Pressing the NEXT key will display the
next 2 positions of creases to be programmed. A total of 10 creases can be programmed.
If no further creases are required, press the CREASE COMPLETE.
