You can also use the following procedure to order :

, enter the absence code (0-9), enter time or
date of return (if required), press

and press the Call key.
The absence codes consist of one digit. The absence code
assigned to each digit depends on the connected
telephone system. Contact your system administrator
regarding the available absence codes.
Cancel
Absence Press (see display).

Repeat until the
Absence Reason menu is framed.
Select Press (see display).
The
No Absence menu is framed.
Select Press (see display).
The programmed information is erased.
Note: You can also use the following procedure to cancel :
