Description
Display menu keys
The display menu keys are used to access different functions. The
available functions vary depending on the traffic state and category
of the extension. The following key text and abbreviations are used
for the display menu keys.
Note: If you have an earlier version of the telephone
system, some text for the display menu keys might be
different or not available.
Menu key Function
- (minus) Decrease contrast level on the display
+ (plus) Increase contrast level on the display
Scroll up
Scroll down
Absence Handle Absence and Call Forwarding
(No change) Keep current IP settings
Account Account Code
AddContact Add to Contacts
Back Return to previous menu
Call Call the number displayed
CallBack Callback
CallPickUp Call pick-up
CallWaiting Call waiting
Cancel Leave a menu without change
Change Change a setting (toggling two modes)
ChangeUser Personal log on (for example Free Seating).
Might be disabled is some systems.
Conf/Transf To get a new line for conference or transfer
Conference Connect a conference member
Deactivate Deactivate Follow-me
Delete Delete an item
Edit Change property of item
