SportLift III
Installation Instructions
LOADING THE SPORTLIFT™ III
• Before a vehicle can be flat-towed, the deck
needs to be pinned into place on the arm as-
semblies.
• Make sure the deck of the SportLift III is
perfectly level once installed.
• SportLift III can flat-tow a vehicle behind it that
weighs no more then 5,000 lbs.
When flat-towing, it’s strongly recommended
that a brake system be installed on the towed
vehicle.
5. Once the cargo is loaded onto SportLift III,
strapped down securely, and pinned into
place, the towed vehicle is now ready to be
hooked up to the back of SportLift III.
6. Slide and pin the tow bar into the receiver of
SportLift III. Hook up the towed vehicle to the
tow bar, making sure the legs are locked into
place.
7. Hook up safety cables from the towed vehicle
to the convenience links on the back of
SportLift III.
8. SportLift III is now ready for towing.
MAINTENANCE
Wiping SportLift III down periodically will help
keep dust and dirt from building up.
