7. Using four (4) 7/16”-14 x 3” hex bolts, four (4)
7/16” flat washers and four (4) 7/16”-14 lock
nuts, bolt down towing receiver weldment to
the top of the driver side and passenger side
base weldments. Then insert two (2)
7/16”-14 x 1-1/4” hex bolts and two (2) 7/16”
lock washers into the inside of the towing
receiver weldment on both sides.
 
 

8. Position deck on the base weldments with
the ramp side on the passenger side. The
deck can be adjusted front to back using one
of the two (2) sets of holes. Bolt the deck
down on both the driver side and passenger
side using a 7/16”-14 x 1-1/4” hex bolts, 7/16”
lock washers and 7/16” flat washers.

9. Insert winch mount weldment into driver side
and passenger side arm assemblies and
secure with a 3/8” x 2-1/2” lock pin.


