11. Once the winch is secure, the wiring should
be routed from the winch to the existing
battery on the coach. The items you will
need to use are the quick connects (refer
to the installation instructions included with
the quick connect kit), accessory kit, black
battery cable which goes to the negative
side, red battery cable which goes to the
positive side and the loom which is used to
protect the black and red cable. Once wiring
is routed to the battery, use the nylon cable
ties to tie the loose cable out of the way.

12. After you get the winch hooked up to the
battery. Attach the remote to the winch and
let out 8’ of cable. Route the cable through
the first snatch block located on the winch
mount weldment, by pulling the clip and
removing the pin. Once cable is routed
through, return the snatch block and pin it to
the second link on winch mount weldment.
Continue routing the cable through the
second snatch block located on the pickup
tube weldment.
10. Position winch assembly on the winch mount
weldment toward the end on the drivers side.
Bolt in place with two (2) 3/8”-16 x 1 1/4” hex
bolts, two (2) 3/8” lock washers, two (2) 3/8”
flat washers and a 3/8”-16 hex nylon lock nut.
Put the nut on the very outside bolt, on the
inside of the tube.
