Avoiding Road Features
1. Select Tools > Settings >
Navigation > Automobile >
nüRoute > Avoidances.
2. Select the road features to avoid on
your routes, and select Save.
trafficTrends
When the trafficTrends
™
feature is
enabled, your device records historic
traffic data and uses that data to
calculate more-efficient routes. This
information is sent to Garmin when
your device is receiving a nüLink!
™
signal or when you connect your
device to myGarmin
™
using your
computer.
NOTE: Different routes may be
calculated based on traffic trends for
the day of the week or the time of day.
Enabling trafficTrends
Select Tools > Settings >
Navigation > Automobile >
nüRoute > trafficTrends >
Enabled.
Disabling trafficTrends
To prevent your device from recording
or sharing traffic data, you must disable
trafficTrends.
