Visually inspect condition of toothed timing drive belt (petrol versions)

Check tension of accessory drive belts and adjust if necessary (excluding engines
equipped with automatic tensioner)

Check exhaust emissions (petrol versions)

Check engine management system operation (through the diagnosis socket)

Replace accessory drive belt/s

Replace toothed timing drive belt (petrol versions)

Replace spark plugs (petrol versions)

Replace air cleaner cartridge (petrol versions)

Change engine oil and oil filter (petrol versions) (or ever 24 months)

Change brake fluid (or every 24 months)

Change pollen filter (or every 15 months)

(*) Regardless of the distance covered, the timing drive belt must be changed every 4 years for particularly demanding use (cold

climates, town driving, long periods of idling) or at least every 5 years

(#) On the 1.4 T-Jet and 1.4 Turbo MultiAir versions the following are extremely important to ensure correct operation and prevent

serious damage to the engine: only use spark plugs specially tested for T-Jet and MultiAir engines (see paragraph "Engine") of the
same mark and type; strictly comply with the Scheduled Servicing Plan; you are advised to contact a Fiat Dealership

(°**) If the vehicle is mainly used for town driving or has an annual mileage of less than 10,000 km, the engine oil and engine oil filter

should be changed every 12 months.
