Editing the Channel Data
In this display, there are five different channel-related edit functions, including Quantize, for editing the recorded
accompaniment style data. The operations here apply to step 4 on page 112.
■ Quantize
■ Velocity Change
Boosts or cuts the velocity of all notes in the specified channel (selected with the [1

]/[2
▲▼
] (CHANNEL)
buttons), according to the specified percentage (selected with the [4
▲▼
]/[5
▲▼
] (BOOST/CUT) buttons).
■ Bar Copy
This function allows data to be copied from one measure or group of measures to another location within the
specified channel. Use the [4

] (TOP) and [5
▲▼
] (LAST) buttons to specify the first and last measures in the
region to be copied. Use the [6
▲▼
] (DEST) button to specify the first measure of the destination location, to which
the data is to be copied.
■ Bar Clear
This function clears all data from the specified range of measures within the selected channel. Use the [4

] (TOP)
and [5
▲▼
] (LAST) buttons to specify the first and last measures in the region to be cleared.
■ Remove Event
This function lets you remove specific events from the selected channel. Use the [4
▲▼
] - [6
▲▼
] (EVENT) buttons
to select the desired event type to be removed.
