The Remote Control does not work.
1 You are outside the Remote Control
operating range.
Operate the Remote Control within 6 m (20
feet) and a 30° angle of the Remote Control
Sensor.
2 The Remote Control Sensor is exposed to
direct sunlight or lighting (inverted
fluorescent lamps).
Change the lighting or CinemaStation’s
orientation.
3 The batteries are worn out.
Replace the batteries with new ones.
4 You did not select the device to operate.
Press the Input Selection buttons to select
the device you want to operate.
Remote Control does not work with
CinemaStation.
You did not select the mode to operate
CinemaStation.
Press DVD/CD, AMP or TUNER on the
Remote Control before starting operation.
Remote Control
A peripheral device does not work with the
Remote Control.
1 You cannot operate a system component.
Use the remote control that came with the
device to operate it.
2 You did not correctly set the manufacturer
code.
• Set the manufacturer code once again.
See page 84.
• Set a different code from the list of codes
for the same manufacturer. See pages 87
and 88.
3 The Remote Control is not compatible with
your equipment.
