locally; for example, you need PowerPoint to open a PowerPoint presentation.)
T To delete a stored video:
1. Click on the
Info
button to the right of any stored video.
2. Click
Delete Video
and confirm. If you have permissions, this will permanently remove
the video from the Portal Server.
T To customize a stored video:
1. Click on the
Info
button to the right of any stored video.
2. Click
Modify Info
to display the customization page.
3. Change the
Name
, or
Folder
, and add a
Description
and
Tags
(separated by spaces) as
appropriate. For video
Name
, use any combination of alphanumeric characters and the
following special characters
. ! ~ ( ) _ -
4. Click
Add New Link
to create a link to a web page or a file.
a. Enter a
Link Title
and
Link Type
.
b. Click
Add Link
when done. Repeat as many times as necessary.
Link Title The title actually displayed on the Info page, for example "Click
Here for More Information."
