Options when writing a text message
• RESEND A MESSAGE FROM THE OUTBOX
A message in the outbox shows one of two icons:
• The icon shows that you have sent the message to the text
message center.
• The icon shows that you have tried to send the message, but the
sending attempt was unsuccessful.
1 Scroll to the message, and then press Select.
2 Press Options.
Send Sends the message.
Settings Allows you to choose options for the message:
Callback no., Reply req., Read receipt, and Urgent.
Save Saves the message.
Clear text Clears the message screen.
Exit editor Takes you back to the Write message screen.
Insert name Allows you to insert a name from the phone book.
Insert number Allows you to insert a number from the phone book.
Use template Allows you to insert a template.
Insert word If predictive text (T9) is activated, you can manually
spell a word and insert it into your message. Insert
word is not available unless predictive text is
activated.
Insert symbol Takes you to the list of special characters.
Dictionary Activates or deactivates predictive text.
