Follow these procedures to use your Inbox and Outbox.

Using the Inbox
Follow this procedure to use the Inbox. If you have enabled the Inbox and
assigned it to a directory number (DN) key, an envelope icon appears in
the top left corner of the display if you missed an incoming call. This icon
disappears after you retrieve the message.
You can assign a maximum of six DN keys to the Inbox.
Prerequisites
The handset must be active.
You must have a call in the Inbox.

Press the FCN key.

Use the navigation keys to select Inbox from the menu.
The Inbox screen appears.

Use the navigation keys to scroll through the list and select a
call.
