Inbox and other folders

Your phone saves e-mail that you
download from your e-mail account
in the

Inbox

folder.

Other folders

contains the folders:

Drafts

for

saving unfinished e-mail,

Archive

for

organising and saving your e-mail,

Outbox

for saving e-mail that have

not been sent, and

Sent items

for

saving e-mail that have been sent.

Delete e-mail messages

To delete e-mails, select

Menu

Delete messages

. To

delete all messages from a folder,
select the folder from which you
want to delete the messages and
press

Yes

. To delete all messages

from all folders, select

All messages

and press

Yes

. Note that deleting an

e-mail from your phone does not
delete it from the e-mail server.

Voice messages

The voice mailbox is a network
service and you may need to
subscribe to it. For details, contact
your service provider.

To call your voice mailbox, select

Listen to voice

messages

. To enter, search for, or

edit your voice mailbox number,

Voice mailbox number

If supported by the network,

indicates that there are new voice
messages. Select

to call your

voice mailbox number.
