For setting whether to proceed with recording when no video signals are
input.
0: Recording is disabled. When the video signals are no longer input during
recording, operation is transferred to the REC PAUSE mode.
1: Recording is enabled.
For setting whether to acknowledge the REC command when the camera’s
START/STOP button is used for control while connection is made to the
CAMERA connector (26 pins).
0: The REC command is acknowledged regardless of the VTR mode.
1: The REC command is acknowledged only when the REC PAUSE mode
is established.

For setting the voltage at which a warning is given when the battery is
nearly discharged.
0: The voltage is set by the battery which was set in setup menu item No.
113 (BATTERY SEL).
