Transmission Reservation
Memory Transmission Reservation (Multi-tasking)
If your machine is on-line busy transmitting from memory, receiving or printing received documents, you can
reserve a transmission by the following procedure.
(see Note 1)
You can
reserve the next transmission into memory for up to 5
different files
while sending a document from memory or
receiving a document.
Make sure that the FAX lamp is ON. If not, press
to select the "FAX MODE".

Your machine is on-line, the ON LINE lamp is blinking or
printing received documents.

Set document(s) face up.

Dial by any combination of the following
methods (10
stations in total):
• Manual Number Dialing, press
after each
station is entered

Your machine will store the document(s) into memory.
