Loading Documents

Use the Platen for these
kinds of documents or make
a copy first then transmit the
copy instead.

Effective Scanning Size
The print margin is 0.20 inch (5 mm). Letters within the dark areas
(indicated by the arrows) will not be printed. Do not write letters
within 0.39 inch (10 mm) area from the head or foot of the
document as it may be covered by the Header and Footer
information (Company Name, Date, Logo, etc.).
