Supplementary Service Keys

Supplementary Service Keys are key sequences that can enable and disable certain calling features from an analog
phone handset attached to the SmartLink 4020.

Note

The supplementary service keys must begin with a ‘*’,’#’ character, or f (flash
hook) and follow a 1 or 2 numeric digit(s).
