Reviewing photos as you take them
The Quick View feature allows you to see and delete photos
immediately after you take them.
Note: This feature works even when the LCD is off.
1 Turn on the camera.
2 Rotate the Mode knob to the RECORD setting.
3 Press the Menu button.
The RECORD menu options appear.
4 Rotate the Zoom control left or right to highlight the
Quick View menu option.
5 Press the OK button.
The QUICK VIEW menu appears, with the current
setting highlighted.
6 To turn on Quick View mode, rotate the Zoom control
to highlight the
ON menu option, then press the OK
button.
To turn off Quick View mode, rotate the Zoom control
to highlight the
OFF menu option, then press the OK
button.
With Quick View on:
a The photo taken displays on the LCD (even if you
have turned the LCD off).
b The Delete option displays for two seconds.
c Press the OK button to delete this photo
immediately. If you do not press the OK button
within two seconds after you take a photo, the LCD
viewfinder turns off and the photo is saved.
With Quick View off, you delete photos normally, using
the
Erase menu option in ERASE mode. For more
information about deleting photos, see page 33.
