Scroll to “Accessibility” by
pressing {V} or {^}, then press

pressing {V} or {^}, then press

Select}.

Select “Telecoil” or “Off” by
pressing {V} or {^}.

Press {Save}, then press {OFF}.
Note:

When “Telecoil” is selected, “[HA]” is
displayed after you press {C}.
L
If “Telecoil” is selected, the battery
operating time will be shortened
(page 10).

If “Telecoil” is selected, the cordless
handset receiver may feel warm during
use. This is normal.
Re-registering the handset
If “No link to base. Move closer
to base, try again.
” is displayed
even when the handset is near the base
unit, you may need to re-register the
handset to the base unit.
Important:
L
Make sure the base unit is not being
used.
L
Have the handset and base unit near
each other when re-registering the
handset.
L
Follow steps 1 and 2 listed below. You
have about 1 minute to complete them.

Base unit:
Press and hold {LOCATOR/
INTERCOM} until a beep sounds.
L
The CHARGE indicator flashes.

Handset:
Press and hold {FLASH/CALL WAIT}
until “Handset Registering” is
displayed
.

When registration is complete, a
beep sounds from the handset.
L
Wait for 20 seconds after
registration is complete while the
handset establishes
communication with the base unit.
Note:
L
If the handset beeps 3 times and
“Error!!” is displayed, an error
occurred. Try again from step 1.
L
You can stop registration by pressing
{
OFF} on the handset, and pressing
{
LOCATOR/INTERCOM} on the base
unit.
