4 Move the joystick right to move the

cursor to the next character position.

When the desired letter is displayed, move the

joystick right to move the cursor to the next po-

sition and then select the next letter. Move the

joystick left to move backwards in the display.

5 Move the cursor to the last position by

moving the joystick right after entering the

title.

When you move the joystick right one more

time, the entered title is stored in memory.

6 Press BAND/ESC to return to the play-

back display.

Switching the background

display

You can switch background displays while lis-

tening to each source.

! In the following cases, the background dis-

play will not change:

When AV INPUT1 (video input 1) and/or

AV INPUT2 (video input 2) are not set to

VIDEO (refer to page 60).

When the DVD/Video CD playback is not

turned on for rear display (refer to page

18).

! Dolphin movie will not appear when the list

is displayed.

IP-BUS mode (S)

% Press ENTERTAINMENT.

Each time you press ENTERTAINMENT the

display changes in the following order:

Video of currently selected sourceDOLPHIN

(background visual)AV-1 (video input 1)

AV-2 (video input 2)DVD (DVD player)

# When this player which is turned off is se-
lected as a source, you cannot use
ENTERTAINMENT.

Note

When the selected source is an audio source,
when you select the video of currently selected
source, nothing is displayed on the display.

ADD-ON mode (M)

% Press ENTERTAINMENT.

Each time you press ENTERTAINMENT the

display changes in the following order:

Audio source

Background still pictureBGV (background

Using the PGM button

You can operate the preprogrammed functions

for each source by using

BOOKMARK(BOOK.M).

! Only when using this unit with ADD-ON

mode (M), you can operate this function.

% Press BOOKMARK(BOOK.M) to turn

pause on when selecting the following

sources:

! Built-in DVD player
! Multi-CD Player

# To turn pause off, press
BOOKMARK(BOOK.M) again.
