3 Move the joystick left or right to select

the segment of the clock display you wish

to set.

HourMinute

As you select segments of the clock display

the segment selected will be highlighted.

4 Move the joystick up or down to set

the clock.

Each time you move the joystick up it in-

creases the selected hour or minute. Each

time you move the joystick down it decreases

the selected hour or minute.

Notes

! You can match the clock to a time signal by

moving the joystick to JUST and clicking it.
If the minute is 0029, the minutes are

rounded down. (e.g., 10:18 becomes
10:00.)

If the minute is 3059, the minutes are

rounded up. (e.g., 10:36 becomes 11:00.)

! Even when the sources are off, the clock dis-

play appears on the display.

Using the AUX source

An IP-BUS-RCA Interconnector such as the

CD-RB20/CD-RB10 (sold separately) lets you

connect this unit to auxiliary equipment fea-

turing RCA output. For more details, refer to

the IP-BUS-RCA Interconnector owners man-

ual.

! Only when using this unit with ADD-ON

mode (M), you can use the AUX source.

Selecting AUX as the source

% Press AV SOURCE to select the AUX.

Press AV SOURCE until you see AUX dis-

played.

# If the auxiliary setting is not turned on, AUX
cannot be selected. For more details, see Switch-
ing the auxiliary setting on page 58.

Setting the AUX title

The title displayed for the AUX source can be

changed.

1 After you have selected AUX as the

source, use the joystick to select

NAME EDIT in FUNCTION.

2 Click the joystick to select the desired

character type.

Click the joystick repeatedly to switch between

the following character types:

Alphabet (upper case), numbers and symbols

Alphabet (lower case)European letters,

such as those with accents (e.g., б, а, д, з)

# You can select to input numbers and symbols
by pressing and holding the joystick.

3 Move the joystick up or down to select

a letter of the alphabet.

Each time you move the joystick up it will dis-

play a letter of the alphabet in AB C ... X Y Z,

numbers and symbols in 1 2 3 ... | } ¯ order.

Each time you move the joystick down it will

display a letter in the reverse order, such as Z

Y X ... C B A.
