CD-R Color Printer Limited Warranty

A. WHAT IS COVERED
Primera Technology, Inc. (“Primera”) warrants to the original purchaser that the

product enclosed with this Limited Warranty statement and used in the country

of purchase will conform to the manufacturer’s specifications and be free from

defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date

of original purchase.

B. WHAT PRIMERA WILL DO TO CORRECT PROBLEMS.
Should your PRIMERA product prove defective during this period, please call,

FAX or write PRIMERA’s Technical Support Group at the telephone number or

address listed below for a Return Authorization Number (“RAN”). Then,

deliver the product securely packaged in its original container or an equivalent,

along with proof of the date of original purchase along with your RAN, to your

place of purchase or an Authorized PRIMERA Service Center. PRIMERA will, at

its option, repair or replace the defective unit at no charge to you.

C. WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER.
This warranty covers only normal office-environment use in the country of

original purchase. Ink Jet Cartridges are warranted separately under the terms

of Section D below. PRIMERA is not responsible for warranty service should the

PRIMERA label or logo or the rating label or serial number be removed or

should the product fail to be properly maintained or fail to function properly as

a result of misuse, abuse, improper installation, neglect, duty cycle abuse,

improper shipping, damage caused by disasters such as fire, flood, and lighting,

improper electrical current, software problems, interaction with non-PRIMERA

products, or service other than by a PRIMERA Authorized Servicer. Duty cycle

abuse is defined as operation of this printer beyond its nominal duty cycle; all

repairs thereafter are to be billed on a time and materials basis. Postage,

insurance, or shipping costs incurred in presenting your PRIMERA product for

warranty service are your responsibility. If a claimed defect cannot be identified

or reproduced in service, you will be held responsible for costs incurred.

IMPORTANT: if using a mechanical switch box between this printer and

another printer, be certain that it includes surge protection. Non-warranty

damage to your printer could result from the use of unprotected mechanical

switch boxes.

D. INK JET CARTRIDGE WARRANTY.
PRIMERA warrants that, under normal use and service, ink jet cartridges shall

be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of thirty (30)

days from the date of shipment by PRIMERA.
