“Health Checks” are another type of health logbook
entry that you can record. Health Checks include
home and laboratory tests as well as doctors’
examinations. All of this information is vital to a good
diabetes management plan. Health Checks may be
stored in your meter logbook at the time they occur
or at some later time.
