• Fill fuel tank.
• Check oil level.
• Check air cleaner for dirty, loose, or damaged parts. Replace if necessary.
• Check air intake and cooling areas, clean as necessary.

• Change engine oil.

• Change oil filter.
Hours Thereafter • Change fuel filter.
• Check fan belt.
Every 50 Hours
• Check fuel lines and clamps.
Every 100 Hours
• Check battery electrolyte level and connections.
• Clean air filter.
Refer to your Deutz engine operation manual for periodic maintenance at 100 hours and beyond.
