TIP! How to obtain the MAC address
To set up a connection in some wireless
networks with MAC filters, you may need to
enter the MAC address of your phone into
the router.
You can find the MAC address by tapping
the Applications tab > Settings >
Wireless & networks > Wi-Fi settings. Then
tap the Menu Key > Advanced > MAC
address.
Wi-Fi Direct settings – Allows you to configure a
connection directly with Wi-Fi devices without any
Access Point.
Bluetooth – Tap to turn on Bluetooth to connect
to Bluetooth devices.
Bluetooth settings – Set the device name,
Discoverable mode, and scan for other devices.
You can also check a list of Bluetooth devices that
you’ve previously configured and those detected
when the phone last scanned for Bluetooth
devices.
Tethering & Wi-Fi sharing – You can configure
the settings for USB tethering and Wi-Fi sharing.
VPN settings – Displays the list of Virtual
Private Networks (VPNs) that you’ve previously
configured. Allows you to add different types of
VPNs.
