Place the printer so that the front of the printer aligns with the
edge of the desk or table.
Note:
If you want to print more than 100 forms, make sure
they stack up below the printer (on the floor) when they
are finished printing in order to prevent jams.

Remove all packing tape from the printer.

Pull up the left and right latches on the top cover and lift the
top cover to remove it.
