Fully charge

the battery before using the phone.

Hold the phone
face down.

2.

Place your thumb on the
ribs at the top of the
battery door and slide the
battery door downward to
remove it.

3.

Place the battery in the
phone casing with the
metal contacts facing
towards the bottom end
of the phone.

4.

Replace the battery door
by sliding the notches
into the openings at the
bottom and outside edges
of the battery casing.

5.

Slide the door up to secure the cover
into place.

Charging the battery

You must have at least a partial charge

in the

battery to make or receive calls.
To charge the battery:

to the jack on the bottom
of the phone.

2.

Plug the adapter into a
wall outlet.

The battery icon in the upper-right corner of the

The battery will not charge if you use the

phone while it is connected to an AC adapter.

Recharging the battery

You can safely recharge the battery at any time,
even if it has a partial charge.
