Positioning transparent documents on the original glass
When making a copy from OHP transparencies, translucent paper, or other
highly transparent original, position the original as detailed below.

Raise the document feeder or original cover.

Place the document face down on
the original glass.

Position the document on the scales
above and to the left of the original
glass.

Place a blank sheet of paper of the
same size over the document.

Gently lower the document feeder or
original cover.

Specify the desired copy settings.

copy” on page 4-3.

Press the [Start] key.
This will start the copy cycle.
