8.3.1 Basic Commands used for EchoLink
These commands are a representative set of basic commands. There are many commands in
addition to these. For details, refer to the EchoLink site
Note: Each node owner has the option of changing the basic commands, particularly to avoid conflicts with other repeater
functions. Before using EchoLink over a nearby repeater, it is a good idea to try to contact the node owner, or
someone else familiar with the node, to see if there are any special operational rules.
8.3.2 EchoLink Memory Function of TM-D710A/E
You use this function for accessing nearby relay stations by using DTMF codes from
a TM-D710A/E or by transmitting a control command to the relay station. It is possible to register
a DTMF code up to a maximum of 8 digits in an EchoLink private DTMF memory (10 channels all
together).
