Selecting a Language
The Language feature allows you to display the menus and screen messages in
different languages.
1 Slide the Mode selector to Setup .
2 Press the buttons to highlight the Language menu, then press
Select.
3 Highlight the language you want to use.
4 Press Select to accept the changes and return to the Setup menu.
The screen text is displayed in the selected language. The setting
remains until you change it.
Date/Time Settings
Setting the Date and Time
Set the date and time if you want to imprint the date on your pictures (see
page 28 ).
1 Slide the Mode selector to Setup .
2 Press the buttons to highlight the Date/Time Set menu.
3 Press the buttons to highlight SET, then press Select.
The date format is DD/MM/YYYY. The time is displayed in a 24-hour
format.
4 Press the buttons to move through the fields. Press the buttons
to adjust the date and time settings.
5 Press Select to accept the changes.
