Creating a KP Alias
7. To see the current orientation option, press the Return (or Enter) key to view the last
page of the Printer Options List.
Orientation is currently set to "Portrait". Since this report needs to be printed with a land-
scape orientation, enter 22 to change the orientation.

NOTE: Orientation must be changed before Font. Font setting will return to default if

Type the name of the font that is required for the report.
Enter Text Font [Helvetica]: Times-Roman
NOTE: The font must be typed exactly as it appears on the printer's font list. Refer to your
User's Reference Guide for information on how to print the font list.
