Turn on your phone, and slide it into the cradle. A click is heard and
the charging light turns on when properly inserted.

Tap the Application Launcher icon.

Tap the HotSync icon.
or press the HotSync button located on
the cradle.
Note:
Since this is the first HotSync operation, you must enter your user
information.
8.
The New User dialog box is displayed. Enter a Username and the
password for your phone.
9.
Click
OK
to start the synchronization.
10.
A message is displayed indicating that the process is complete.
