Deactivating the user password
You can deactivate the phone’s password prompt if a
password has already been configured.

Select and confirm the option shown.

Select the option shown and use OK to erase charac-
ters from right to left in order to delete the old pass-
word.

Enter six zeros ("000000") to deactivate the password
(for text input, see

Enter six zeros ("000000") once again and confirm.
Select the option shown and confirm twice.
Deactivating the password prompt does not ap-
ply to the web-interface
Stage Manager or CTI applications that use a
password prompt. The password "000000" must
be entered here.
If you deactivate the user password, you are
not
able to lock the phone
