Sending Stored Scan Data by E-mail

Sending Stored Files

Files stored in the document server
can be sent by e-mail.
When the stored files are delivered,
scan settings cannot be made. The
files are delivered with the scan set-
tings specified when they were stored
in the document server.

Display the list of stored files.

Select a file to be delivered.

❒ When you select a file protected

with a password, a screen for
entering the password is dis-
played. After you have entered
t h e c o r r e c t p a s s w o r d a n d
pressed [OK], the file will be se-
lected.

To select multiple files, repeat
step

❒ You can select up to 30 files for

one operation.

❒ If you select multiple files, the

files will be sent in the order
they were selected.

❒ If you press [Display Selection],

the selected files will be shown
in the order of delivery.

Press [OK].
The screen for specifying a destina-
tion is displayed.

Specify a destination.

If required, select the sender (scan
data delivery source) and a sub-
ject.

Press the

{{{{Start}}}} key.

The selected stored files are sent.
