abnormally.
OFF: Camera is off, camera is restarting, or memory card
not in place.

ON: The camera is turned on and connected to the network
properly.
Blinking: During DDNS setup, or in case of setup failure, or
in a state of unstable network connection
OFF: When the system is rebooting, or turned off
POWER
ON: While the power is on
OFF: If the power is off
