Symptom Check/Remedy
There is no sound from surround
speakers. • Are the surround speakers connected properly?
• Is Surround incorrectly set to NONE in the Speaker Size?
• Is surround mode set to stereo?
There is no sound from surround
back speakers • Are the surround back speakers connected properly?
• Is SBACK (Surround Back) set to NONE in the Speaker Size?
• Is Surround Mode set to EX/ES?
Can't select EX/ES mode. • Is SBACK (Surround Back) set to NONE in the Speaker Size?
• Is the input signal selected properly?
Can't select Dolby Pro Logic llx
mode. • Is the input signal selected properly?
• Only 2 channel signal can select Dolby Pro Logic IIx mode. (ex:Dolby Digital,
PCM, 2 channel analog input signal.)
Can't select NEO:6 mode. • Is the input signal selected properly?
• Use PCM and Analog input signal.
PC Share Manager function
I can see folders shared through
the PC Share Manager, but I
cannot see the fi les. • Since it shows only fi les corresponding to the Image, Music, and Movie
categories, fi les that do not correspond to these categories may not be
displayed.
AllShare function
Video is played intermittently. • Check if the network is stable.
• Check if the network cable is properly connected and if the network is not
overloaded.
• Wireless connection between the server and the product is unstable.
Check the connection.
AllShare connection between TV
and PC is unstable. • IP address under the same subnetwork should be unique, otherwise IP collision
can results in such a phenomenon.
• Check if you have a fi rewall enabled.
If so, disable the fi rewall function.
