Using speed dial keys
You can assign directory entries to the
keys 0 and 2–9:

Sending the directory to another
handset
Preconditions:

The sending and receiving handsets
must both be registered to the same
base station.

The other handset and the base station
can send and receive directory entries.

Entries with identical numbers are not
overwritten on the receiving handset.

The transfer is cancelled if the phone
rings or if the memory of the receiving
handset is full.
Copying a displayed number to the
directory
You can copy numbers displayed in a list,
e.g. the call history or the last number
redial list, or in an SMS (depending on the
base station) to the directory.
If you have CNIP, the first 16 characters of
the transmitted name are copied to the
Enter Name
line.
