Install m obile phones and equipm ent w ith
caution
Ensure that any m obile phones or related equipm ent
installed in your vehicle are securely m ounted. Avoid
placing your phone and accessories near or in an air
bag deploym ent area. Im properly installed w ireless
equipm ent can cause serious injury w hen air bags
inflate rapidly.
H andle and dispose of batteries and chargers
w ith care
• U se only Sam sung-approved batteries and chargers
specifically designed for your phone. Incom patible
batteries and chargers can cause serious injuries or
dam age to your phone.
• N ever dispose of batteries in a fire. Follow all local
regulations w hen disposing used batteries.
• N ever place batteries or phones on or in heating
devices, such as m icrow ave ovens, stoves, or
radiators. Batteries m ay explode w hen overheated.
• N ever crush or puncture the battery. Avoid
exposing the battery to high external pressure,
w hich can lead to an internal short circuit and
overheating.
Avoid interference w ith pacem akers
M aintain a m inim um of 15 cm (6 inches) betw een
m obile phones and pacem akers to avoid potential
interference, as recom m ended by m anufacturers and
the independent research group, W ireless Technology
Research. If you have any reason to suspect that your
phone is interfering w ith a pacem aker or other m edical
device, turn off the phone im m ediately and contact the
m anufacturer of the pacem aker or m edical device for
guidance.
