If you are having trouble with your m obile phone, try these troubleshooting procedures before contacting a service
professional.
W hen you turn on your phone, the following m essages
m ay appear:
M essage Try this to solve the problem :
Insert SIM
Ensure that the SIM card is installed
correctly.
Phone lock
W hen the phone lock feature is enabled,
you m ust enter the password you set for
the phone.
Enter PIN
W hen using the phone for the first tim e
or when the PIN requirem ent is enabled,
you m ust enter the PIN supplied with
the SIM card. You can disable this
feature by using the PIN lock m enu.
Enter PUK
Your SIM card is blocked, usually as a
result of entering your PIN incorrectly
several tim es. You m ust enter the PUK
supplied by your service provider.
